this will cover today and yesterday
so yesterday i had witabix 3 of them with soy milk i also had 2 teas some warter pasta with chicken and ham 400grams and dinner was a beef curry with a slice of bread
today so far iv had to 2 teas 2 packets of instant noodles bacon flavor and thats it so far i need to have dinner but the noodles realy filled me up i might just have some mushrooms
as a note the resurch and shoping basket i did today hinted towards mushrooms being super healthy and carrots too so i have mushrooms and carrots as snacks these i bought makeing the carrots into sticks one i put in the fridge the other i put in the freezer and then i got lettus and viniger as a exstra snack and thing to make for lunch these are way cheep and a great way to make sure that you eat well its not the most appatiseing of food not like a choclat bar but they will fill you up and look after your health
