My first meal log

this will cover today and yesterday

so yesterday i had witabix 3 of them with soy milk i also had 2 teas some warter pasta with chicken and ham 400grams and dinner was a beef curry with a slice of bread

today so far iv had to 2 teas 2 packets of instant noodles bacon flavor and thats it so far i need to have dinner but the noodles realy filled me up i might just have some mushrooms

as a note the resurch and shoping basket i did today hinted towards mushrooms being super healthy and carrots too so i have mushrooms and carrots as snacks these i bought makeing the carrots into sticks one i put in the fridge the other i put in the freezer and then i got lettus and viniger as a exstra snack and thing to make for lunch these are way cheep and a great way to make sure that you eat well its not the most appatiseing of food not like a choclat bar but they will fill you up and look after your health

My first work out

well to be true it will be second as today I went tennis but my first work out will be as follows 

Incline bench - 3* 8 - 3kgs
Decline bench - 3 * 8 - 3kgs
Flat bench - 3 * 8 - 3kgs
Skull crushers - 3 * 8- 3kgs
Pec fly - 3 * 8 - 3kgs
Delts - 3 * 8 - 2kgs
Seated delts - 3 * 8 - 2kgs
Shrugs - 3 * 5 - 6kgs
Bradford press - 3 * 5 - 7kg bar
Tricep - 3 * 8 - 3kgs
Bar shrugs - 3 * 8- 10. Kg
Tricep pulls - 3 * 8 - 30lbs

this is not exsactly going mad at it but i want to start small and build up im most scaired that i will get injured im lucky my partner did this list for me as my first work out. anyway this is what i plan to do tomorow evening and i hope it goese well ill let you know how long it took and how i felt after this well also be the main way i hope to update to let you see over time how i improve and in time i hope to measure my weight and let you know that too via the blog other updates will include looking at my diet and what i eat so the format i will follow is a number for each work out and then a number for each eating update im not sure if i will post what ive eaten each day some how i dont think anyone will want to know but maby its for my own prosterity there to look back at.

Welcome to my work out

Welcome to my blog on getting back in shape as a young person I feel I've let myselph get into a bad state I'm 20-25 years old and I weight what must be getting on for 90kg at a guess to scaired to weigh myself but i think now is the time for me to make up for all the lazyness i have a partner and i want to look better for her and be fitter and healthyer i welcome you on my jorny to trying to achive this

fistly its self inflicted my weight at this point because of a very poor diet and heleriusly large portions not to mention eating at bad times and not sleeping as well as i should but these are things we must admit befor we can make them better hense why i am hear im looking to go from a 38 waist jeans to a 32 that the ultimet goal how long that will take is how long this blog well be and please if you have any questions feel free to ask at any time.

Anyway this is me just giveing you a idea where i am im lucky to have a great partner whos alwase exsoeted me as i am i just hope i can be a bit more and be healthy
